It remains to be seen whether Colin Kaepernick will ever play in the NFL again. In fact, many analysts believe that as long as Cam Newton remains unsigned, Kaepernick would have an uphill climb in returning to the league.
Last Thursday, however, Pete Carroll admitted that he wanted the Seattle Seahawks to sign Kaepernick in 2017. He also said that a team recently reached out to him to discuss Kaepernick, possibly with the intention of signing him.
