Twelve-time PGA Tour winner and Golf Channel lead analyst Paul Azinger dropped by CBS Sports Radio’s Tiki & Tierney to preview the WGC-Mexico Championship, which begins Thursday in Naucalpan, Mexico.

Many of the game’s biggest names – including Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler, Dustin Johnson, and Brooks Koepka – will compete.

Azinger, who won the PGA Championship in 1993, expects a strong performance from Woods.

“This course, to me, sets up perfectly for Tiger,” Azinger said. “I’m thinking Tiger all the way.”

Woods has won this event seven times, most recently in 2013. Phil Mickelson won in 2018.
