Dan Snyder has his attorney. Now he just needs to change his culture, this after 15 former employees accused Washington’s NFL franchise of sexual harassment and verbal abuse.

Ultimately, will Snyder be forced to sell the team as a result of this scandal?

“I think there’s a good chance,” Bleacher Report NFL insider Tyler Dunne said on The DA Show. “I wouldn’t have said that just a few weeks ago. . . . When I was asked if the Redskins’ name would ever change, I didn’t think so. It seemed like every time it came up, no matter what Dan Snyder would just double-, triple-, quadruple down, and the name wouldn’t changed.”

Well, this time it changed.

“These are different times,” Dunne said. “This story [is] about as disgusting as it gets. It is institutional. It is in the fabric of the franchise itself. You get the sense that it only really scratches the surface, too. I wouldn’t be surprised if public pressure, corporate pressure, league pressure did kind of force Dan Snyder’s hands.”

This incident reminds Dunne of another disgraced owner, albeit in a different sport.

“It was almost like a Donald Sterling situation,” Dunne said. “That’s a gut feeling more than anything, but I’m not going to rule anything out. Just a few weeks ago, that would seem crazy to see. It just seemed like Dan Snyder and his Washington football team just kind of plowed through every controversy. This is something I don’t think they can just kind of brush aside."
